Frequently Asked Questions


In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the shipment.

Sun-Shine Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Yes we do! We deliver worldwide to all countries except Israel.

Our international shipping partners are FedEx, DHL Express, GDex Express and SF Express.

We do have USA quality window films/tints. We also have a variety of window films/tints from Germany, India, China and Korea.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping at the moment since majority of our products are heavy. To save on shipping cost, you may opt for Self Collection. Self Collection is only applicable for customers located in Malaysia. Our office is located in Puchong, Selangor.

To place an order, you may browse our products by clicking on any of our products that you're interested in on our website. Once you've confirmed, add the product by clicking "Add To Cart". You may then choose to proceed to "Checkout" to make your payment or you can continue to add products into your cart.

For Malaysia orders, it will arrive roughly between 3-5 business days.

For International orders, your order will arrive between 7-15 business days.

Please note that your deliveries might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, custom checking etc as these are out of our control.

Customers are responsible in contacting the shipping (courier/freight) and lorry transport companies if orders are delayed/being held. We will not responsible for products that are missing due to shipping.

To  request for a refund, exchange or to return your order , you may do by contacting us at sales@tintedfilm.com.my or for a quicker response, call or Whatsapp us at +601 2510 0232.

Refunds, exchanges and returns are not allowed if the products are damaged, used or tampered with. If we've received the products back and found that it has been damaged, used or tampered with, we have the rights to return the products back to you at your own costs and refuse refunds.

To track the status of your order, you may click on "Track Your Order" on our website and enter your Tracking Number.

To use your e-Gift cards or any discount/coupons/promotional codes, you need to key it in the Checkout page before you proceed to confirm your order and to make payment. There will be a section called "Discount Code". Enter your code and click "Apply Coupon".
